An inert reproduction of the World War I German egg grenade. It looks and feels like the real thing, but is completely inert. The body is cast solid. The fuse assembly is removable and will fit an original body. Grenades are sold with fuse assemblies.

LAUNCHING PLATE FOR MILLS BOMB
Launching plate threads onto the bottom of the Mills bomb, enabling it to be fired from a cup-type discharger. These work very well to display the Mills bomb in an upright position without fear of it toppling over. Our reproduction launching plate will fit onto an original Mills bomb. This reproduction is so exact we had to stamp our name on the bottom so they could not be incorrectly identified as original.
